Brown, the Pacers’ 48th overall choice in the 2022 NBA Draft, has agreed to a two-way deal. He participated in the preseason for the franchise and has appeared on many occasions for Indiana’s G League affiliate team, the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. However, Wednesday was his first participation in an NBA regular season game.

He faced with the typical nerves that come with finally realizing one’s ambition of playing in the NBA Debut. “Just a little. Everyone is nervous the first time “Brown disclosed. “It was great to be out there with the squad.”
This season, the youngster has appeared in four G League games, averaging 13.3 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. With the Mad Ants, his defense and quickness have shone out.
Ironically, those were the abilities he displayed in his Pacers debut. Brown entered the game with 1:39 remaining, and in that time he stole the ball and dunked it on a fast break. He claimed he didn’t want to push a terrible shot since he didn’t have to. His transition dunk was as simple as it gets.
